We’re sisters who live locally and grew up playing offices and dreaming of one day running our own business!

After qualifying as chartered accountants and spending the last ten years building our own practice, it felt like the perfect time to invest in the place we grew up in and love, and bring our dream to life.

Our vision is to create a welcoming workspace for the whole community — a calm and inspiring place to work, create and connect, while giving small businesses a space to showcase what they do.

when are you opening?

We open on Tuesday 3 November 2026.

what are your opening hours?

Hot desking is Tuesday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm. At weekends the space is available for pop up hire.

what's on each day?

Tuesday to Thursday: hot desking, by the day. Saturday and Sunday: pop up hire. Rentable offices and a meeting / board room are coming soon.

how do i book a desk?

Book online with the book now button, or get in touch.

what's included with a desk?

Tea, coffee and water, a lockable locker and high speed wifi.

are there any house rules?

Just a few, so everyone can work comfortably:

  • Keep calls short and your voice down, and step away for longer ones.
  • Use headphones for calls, music and videos.
  • Leave your desk clear and tidy at the end of the day.
  • Clean up after yourself in the kitchen.
  • Ask us before bringing a guest.

If you're unsure about anything, just ask. We're always happy to help.

can i look around first?

Yes, please do. Book a free tour at a time that suits you.

do i need to sign a long contract?

No. Day passes are pay as you go, and pop up hire is booked by the weekend.

where are you?

83 Newton Road, Mumbles, Swansea SA3 4BN, in the middle of Mumbles village, a few minutes' walk from the seafront, the shops and the cafés.

is there parking?

There's pay and display parking nearby.
